Best Buy PayPal claim

    Ordered an item from Best Buy and open up a claim on PayPal stating it was defective. Surprisingly, Best Buy responded to the claim and PayPal wants me to input tracking details and will send a refund once it says delivered. Can I just put something else in the box and upload tracking?
