    Hello, I just completed a Best Buy refund and the rep on the phone told me about the standard process for the refund being 48 hours until they contact me back confirming the refund etc. Is this normal? I understand they’re investigating, but as far as I can tell nothing seems to be going wrong, would like some assurance.
