I ordered a laptop from Best Buy. When it arrived, the mailman called me instead of ringing my bell, and asked me to digitally input my name in addition to signing (which i scrawled). This wasn't UPS, it was a company called Deliv, which Bestbuy uses for same day shipping, at least on wknds. I asked a refunder and he said my address has probably been blacklisted, (not sure why he concluded this) but as far as I know, I've only had one UPS investigation- which I believe was halted because I decided not to go through with the refund and called Staples and told them i had found the item and did an in store return. I've done about 5 refunds to my address over the last 5 months. Is there any way to tell if my address has been blacklisted? I digitally input my real last name, as it would be obvious if it didn't match that on the package. I usually do an illegible scrawl when signing. Because the name matches, and because they called me, I doubt this can be refunded and will be returning the laptop in store and buying another online and starting from scratch. Also, this will be the second item I've returned to Best Buy- non refunded. Will this affect my ability to do a refund with them?
