Hey refunders and experienced people i really need your advice and help on this matter so long story short Wicked the refunder had a mac from bestbuy done for me, and at first the refund was going smoothly i received emails that i was going to get a replacement but then all of sudden the refund got canceled.I let wicked know and he called and called and called over a 2 month period of time this continued he kept giving me the same reply that it was still processing and it needed more time so after the 2 month period i started to get nervous about my money so he then tells me to charge back and it will be 100% fine .I then charge back i get my money and in a month they re charge back my money to where my bank account is -3050$ at the moment. Bank tells me that i need to talk to best buy so Wicked Calls and tells me they will call me in 3 days and nothing happens not one call nothing he then tells me that he doesn't think nothings going to happen .Im going to try to resolve this with the bank tomorrow again do you guys have any thing in mind for me to say that could help my case i want to try to close the account or something or even try to fix this refund if its still possible.
