I went to playerup transactions and did not see any. I used 40 credits to buy it. I had it for less a day and then lost suddenly at one point.

Your account isn't allowing us to sticky the trusted badge to it for some reason which is why this wasn't fixed. I have merged another blank account with yours which has fixed the issue.
