Hi, Escentual is a good UK online store for beauty products, therefore, I decided to partial refund a few aftershave. Anyways I received the items and sent a polite email to inform them of missing items. Today got a unexpected reply which said the CCTV system was used to confirm the correct number of items were packaged. I done plenty of partial refund and this is the first time I been rejected. I would battle with the company but they have a 14 day return policy threrefore I will make an excuse and return the item. Regards
