Hey guys. Just tried nabbing a OMEN from HP today. Used live chat, and was told that my case was being forwarded to the high ups, basically. They also asked for a 'complete physical address and postcode' plus the invoice of where I bought it (fake obviously). The representative seemed to take it all ok and we finished the chat. So does this mean I have a good shot at getting one sent out or is there still a strong chance they will deny my claim? Or maybe ask for more proof? Not my first time SEing but my first time with HP so really not sure on how they operate. Any help is appreciated, cheers.
