dear admin(s), I have paid to purchase a product that's listed in the Counter-Strike Global Offensive game forum. A day later, the seller did not reply to the 3 way conversation that was open between me(buyer, seller and middleman so i updated the conversation by posting a comment in order to notify the seller that we(me and the middleman) need his attention but unfortunately, the seller still did not reply. The next day i was given a good offer of the similar product so i requested a refund since the seller is inactive and i didn't want the new offer to be pulled out. And since then, it's been 3-4 days and the middleman did not update the 3 way conversation still even though i kept calling for help on this case. In that matter, i had to contact the website support in order to kindly ask for attention. Best regards,
