ASOS Problems

    I placed an order a few weeks ago and I paid for next day delivery. I believe the delivery guy signed my name as when I checked with ASOS they said it was signed for and everything. I have contacted them now atleast 5 times and each time I message them they keep making excuses and trying to delay my dispute. Saying things like "We must hear back from the courier before we issue a refund/replacement" but each time they hear back from the courier it takes another 72hours for them to ask for more info and it's just a continuous cycle now. I contacted them again yesterday and they asked for me to wait until 30th which isn't good at all..

    What's your opinions on this? Will the refund go through or not? Ofcourse I will still to my story and everything - I'm not a rookie with this stuff but it's just strange that they're putting so much effort into finding out where this package is.
