Asked to return Fitbit, can I try again with another rep?

    Hey guys, never SE'd fitbit before and I'm just looking for 1-2 devices for me and a friend. Bought a few accounts and everything was fine in chat but they asked for the device back. Can I try again with another rep or do I need to use another account? Any tips to avoid getting asked for the tracker back?
