    Hi Middleman team..

    I have been waiting for 48 hours for my order to be processed, but until now my order status is still pending, can you give an explanation for this problem, what should I do? please help me ... where should I complain about this problem?

    In case you haven't yet, you have to activate your order and finish your verification first. To do so please follow the instructions inside your transaction's private conversation ticket.

    It usually takes 1-72hrs before the actual transaction starts after you have submitted your identification.
