be aware that if you buy an archeage account and your not the original owner, the original owner can reclaim that account at any time. I have checked on this with trion and the exact response i got was. On account management there should be... a.) Change Password b.) Change Email Address -- Secret Question #1 & #2, My old Trion account didn't ask for a SQ, the new one did. c.) Change User Name d.) Change Country I changed everything and it worked no problem. Password is done in one step. Change email sends the verification email to the new one, not the old one. Change User Name also done in one step. If I were the buyer I'd change everything once I got it. Did you not change your email? That would be your login to Trion so it's very important. Did your seller not provide the answer for SQ #1 & #2? Did you not change the User Name? Bottom line is that they store all the original owner info (even if you change it). Even though you can change all the info you stated above including payment method if the original owner contacts them and provides the ORIGINAL account info info the account is turned over to them no questions asked. BTW there is no option to change the Name on the account. Just be aware that the account will never truly be yours. Consider what the value is of all the hours and money you spend in shop store... is it really worth the risk to save $50-$100? maybe, just dont keep anything valuable on that account and use it as a utility / alt account and don't give it access to your main account assets.
