So basically i've done refunds before with apple and other sites. this would be my third apple refund under the same name(last time using my name) and different drops and card. i got a call from the shipping department saying "After investigation i would have to contact the police for any further assistants." so no refund. my question is should i take the L and return to apple. Or try to fight it or charge back? oh when i was told the shipping department would send fedx to my drop. i said i didn't have the box anymore, girl friend threw it out. I wounder if this is why it failed. Hit me up with any solution.
