I ordered a macbook pro and my refunder called in on December 22nd. They said they would process the refund within 4-5 business days. Since then its been 5 business days but I still haven't received the "we're refunding your items" email. What should be the next step because if the refund doesn't go smoothly I want to return the laptop for a real refund. Should I just keep waiting because its the holiday season and Apple's probably busy or call in again?
