Hi there, Got someone from this forum to do an Apple refund in the EU. He failed, so I called them today and the customer service rep said they'd been meaning to email me for refund or replacement and that I'll get a call back. I did and the guy who's been dealing with the case said I have to report it to the police (my refunder used the box method). He also kept asking me who the refunder was as it was a different country he was ringing from. I said he was my boyfriend and the rep just kept asking me where he was from and why he was calling and that it was suspicious. I'm proper freaked now. I have the Apple Watch, I'm happy to keep it but don't know if I can even use it now because I'm afraid they'll have an eye on me? Any advice greatly appreciated - has this happened anyone here before? If so, when can you start using the device?
