I am using an Apple refund service and the refund process starts on Friday last week, today I received this email: Quote: Dear xxx, My name is xxx, and I'm following up on your request with Apple. We have opened an investigation with the carrier to locate your missing shipment(s), and have attempted to contact you at phone number xxx. We would like to speak with you at your earliest convenience. Please contact us at 1-866-277-3147, or reply to this email with your preferred telephone number and a time of contact. Please note that any replacement or refund will be based on the outcome of the investigation. These investigations generally take up to 15 business days. Does this mean my Apple refund fails? Should I return the product or wait for the 15 days and hope for a resolution? The guy who did my refund said he is looking into this and will let me know.
