Apple refund need help

    I placed an order for a 4.2k Macbook Pro, just received a call from apple from a specialist asking questions why I chose this particular model and all. They also confirmed my email to make sure that I can track the package arrival right to my door. They also asked if I am the owner of the credit card to make sure that this is a legitimate purchase. I am currently working with CloudUser for the refund process, but would like input of others regarding this order as I am a bit nervous. I realize that they didnt accuse me of anything, but simply are vetting this purchase in hopes of it being legit. To add, they had an Apple Data Specialist reach out via email asking me to call them, I called no one answered, I called again and left voicemail. Later on I reached out to apple live chat to confirm and they informed me that I should wait for the specialist. Today I had spoken with the specialist and now i'm concerned. Does anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps, some were in a similar predicament? Thanks
