So i'm form the UK and looking to order a macbook pro. I live with my parents so while i'm off to work one of my parents are going to unfortunately sign for the package. My plan is to say that the box was empty and it does not look like it was tampered with. Would it be better to do this over the phone or via apple chat? Also, how likely am I too get a refund for this? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
