One of my friends tried to do my apple refund for me. He used the empty box method. I got a call back the next day saying we wont get a refund even though they said they were processing one. He called back for me and they said ups investigated and ups said it was the same weight of when it left the warehouse till now. Is it possible to still get the refund? And is it possible if i dont want to go through all this trouble, can i just return the item in store? Will they look for me if i return it?
