I called in for an apple refund with the help of a refunder and I still haven't got the refund email and it's been 7 days so far. Has it ever taken this long for some people? Normally it takes 3-5 days for the refund email but rarely 7 days. Also, during the time, I got no contact from apple/fedex at all, no emails, no phones calls.
