Apple canceled my order like 3 times then proceed it today but....

I did refund with apple like early in the summer. I got a new card, address but same name. I ordered online and they canceled my order like 3 separate times(weeks apart). I even called and they canceled. They would constantly said they needed verification. So I stopped and made sum small transaction with my card for like a month. I called today and made a order, it went through.

Then i got a call from amr order processing from apple for verification. Then 4 emails from amr apple with just my name.

The woman i spoke with i think i spoke with before.

the question is am i crazy or is this normal or should i pass on this.

just feels weird.
