So after you place a big order with apple typically a macbook+ they make you call to confirm you placed the order and to verify details etc, has anybody ever had the apple specialist ask you if you have had any previous orders and ask for any possible emails you used in the past? I was never asked this before on my other refunds so i just want to know if this is regular. He mentioned how my account i made for the order was new and to give him any previous emails i possibly used, i lied and gave some random email which had nothing on it and then he said they'll continue processing it, all good?
