Anyone else's Fitbit order over the weekend still stuck on 'processing' today?

Did some orders for some people including myself and the orders are still stuck on 'processing' I found it odd due to I did them the weekend and they should have gone out Monday I left it hoping today and found it odd I never got tracking.


I didn't think it was just my orders that I did as I spoke to other people and they said the same.


I spoke to a rep with Fitbit who confirmed;


Orders placed over the weekend,a total of 5k orders were effected and not shipped as of yet and they have been advised that people should recieve tracking by the end of the day.



Just incase anyone's in the same boat as me and can confirm there's is still stuck on processed if they did an order the weekend?

As 6 are mine are stuck on it
