An account of mine was locked because I cancelled an order and tried ordering a different item. I have contacted through phone and have failed to unlock the account and got the usual response, "an account specialist will contact you in 24 hr." Was wondering if anyone knows how to unlock their amazon account without going through the hassle of sending fax etc.
