I am trying to get a replacement sent to me by anker. I gave them serial number and they asked if I had an order number and I made up some love you and said my friend can't access the account. Then they were asking if they had names so i used to most common whitest names ever and luckily there was an order for the powerbank under some name, my issue is I gave them a a random serial number from a pic I found on ebay. Do the serial number and order number have to match? I also told them to send the replacement to my address instead of the address on the order number thing Cheers
