Resolved Android and Google Play Questions for Clash of Clans

I have a level th 8 base im interested in trying to sell. but i have few questions before i do.

my CoC is on android. i have it connected using my google play account. i have purchased at least 60 dollars worth of gems during my time playing the game.
IF someone was interested and i did manage to sell it how exactly would i give the person the account?
my google account which the game is tied to currently is attached to alot of stuff.. my main email.. my wallet.. and alot of other things that are really important to me.

 

Whole google account is given, best thing is forward important emails to a new email, erase rest and remove ALL info. Change PW to a generic one alone with new false name if wish. Or, contact google support, wait weeks and have it unlinked than link it to a new account.
