I have a question about refunding American Musical. I cant really find anything about it and there's only a few people that do this type of service on User Services. My question is if empty box method is the most appropriate way to go or item not received. Not sure what method is the most efficient because I know for most cases there will likely be an investigation. TL;DR: American Musical refund, empty box or item not received. If anyone can help me that would be great and I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Im from the US also.
