Bought a 100$ amazon gift card on playerup.com for 60$. Gift card balance is now "on hold" I am assuming the gift card was stolen and that was why it is on hold. I have the chat conversation with the guy who i bought it from. (Yes I know after reading some stuff online i should have just spent it asap) If i tell amazon the truth what will happen? will they just give me the 100$? or?, it was a physical gift card too. Has this ever happened to anyone before? And if i should lie- which lie should i tell. Thank you please tag me .
