Hi So i made a new account about 1 month ago, used TOR, requested new card from bank, name, address, billing. bought few items and first refunded a 697usd camera. it was on amazon.com. i did got my refund, but i got email from CIS: so this means they still connected my other accounts that i did refund before? if thats true how can i really have a NEW NEW NEW account.
