Hi guys. Im pretty new on playerup but I really like the community and the spirit of this place. So im getting more and more interested in SE and refunds. Recently i've been reading a lot about amazon.fr shift of policy. People say amazon.fr max amount you can get refund is 500e and they will ask for police report. Other people say amazon.fr refunds are dead. Im writing this so we could share our information about amazon.fr, sharing our information would benefits us all. Do you guys think calling (in french) amazon for a refund would help rather than emails ?
