I've got locked out of my 2 amazon accounts. I have been refunding amazon for a few months now and never had a problem with first order (using gift cards) and now I put $80 gift card from egifter into 2 fresh accounts (80$ each) and got locked out of both. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I also have 2 more accounts and never had this problem with them. Could you help me with this problem or atleast give me some explanation why is this happening. On first account I entered virtual credit card info on the second I didnt as i was thinking that might be the problem. Now they are asking me to fax them infomration bank statement/copy of id/and address proof I've used VPN for ordering and i'm desperate as I dont know what to do now
