Selling  SH21-SH25 Alliance Leader SH21

I made this account only a few weeks ago, June 26, 2021, but due to health issues with cancer, I need to pass my kingdom on to someone who wants a small, ready-made alliance, with numerous boosts included, to build it into one much more powerful.
The price I'm asking is only for the amount of money I've put into the game, not my time.
Since I am continuing to play until the new Lord moves in, the numbers will be higher than posted today, although I will only do minimal things such as collect daily freebies, resources, help alliance members with barbarian rallies, etc. I will leave the heroes upgrading/ other upgrades to build up for the new Lord to use as they see fit.
