    1. Remove other tier cars expect Tier 5 with some it’s event cars to percent bans
    2. Added iOS support only - No Android support
    3. Added new method for Seller to go on buyers account and get it for them - Most recommend
    4. More accounts for people that wanna buy it
    5. Added cash to the account so you can buy some of the cars you want or to buy the other tier Cars
    6. May make the buyer buy some of the cars to get bypass the cheat system
