- Live chat management
- Answering incoming calls

- Follows all tasks assigned by senior editor
- Complete Assigned Blog Articles (must meet SEO requirements)

1x Social Media Technician & Strategist
- Plans content for Social Media Clients
- Assigns content creation to the Content Dev assigned to them (each client is paired with a Content dev and SM Tech)
