So I was trying to se aftershokz and after few emails i got this: No big deal.But I succedded on us and I am waiting for my item. The story is : emailed uk support, they said that is an us serial nr. and i have to contact us, contacted us, no reply for a while, got back to uk supp, they asked for the order proof and serial nr, waited for a 2 days and got the email from us telling that the rma was approved, giving me the tracking details, after this i got email from uk team saying that. what do you guys think?
