Hello, I've placed an order with you all that reached the Pre Startup Status before the three way convo ticket. I would actually like to cancel this ASAP please and receive my $69.00 back. Due to it being a startup order, the option "Buyer - Cancel Order" does not appear as an option. If you could resolve this quickly, I would greatly appreciate it.
