Stole Money Account taken after seller said it couldn t be accessed anymore

Before I purchased my account from the seller I made sure I would have this account forever and not for a certain amount of time. He assured me so and we went on through the transaction. I am not around a lot I’m currently deployed in Japan right now so I didn’t get to play on the account that much. But once I got back from my field excerise I went to play on the account and it’s password was changed already.
