Account still restricted, can't change email

    High Risk Status: This user has been flagged as high risk due to one or more reasons

    I went through customer service because I kept getting errors that my account was at risk and to verify. They told me to fill out the HoYoverse Account Issue Application Form, and after I did that, they were able to change it to my new desired email. The problem is that I still cannot freely change it to a new email in the Account Security Settings. It show the same error as before.

    What can I do besides emailing them again?
