    I bought the account off seller on 12th August . The account was working fine until recently. I received some strange email stating that I requested a password change 3 times on the 23rd of August . When I tried to login on the 24th, the account does not work, it says invalid password. The account was working till before the emails then it stopped. I suspect seller has recovered the account and changed the password.

    I bought insurance for this order as well

    Hello, to be honest got no idea, i haven't played in that account for many months and i sure as hell don't need it. Any chance your pc got compromised?

    In addition the account email has been changed so I can no longer manage the account. Seller has original email so can he help recover the account

    I don't believe when you say many months. When I bought the account it states that the account was used on the 4th August so someone must have used it then. You made the account and have the original email and details, you could help to recover the account but at this point someone else has access to the account

    So far none, acc is very old so reccing like 5 times a day and trying to guess the info. I know the recovery questions and thats it, but sadly its not enough for Jagex to recover it... I'll try my best

    Pinning this one.

    If you can't recover it then its possible to settle this by replacing it with a working account that has similar progress/close to it or just refund them.

    @Help I don't think the seller is going to reply or help at this point. Do you think we can proceed with refund? I bought insurance for this purchase

    Hi, sorry for the late response. Will give @porina98 another 24 hours to respond and provide different solution if they can otherwise we should proceed with the cancellation and have your money refunded.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
