Everytime when I try to send payment , quick security check pops up to confirm my identity. never feel surprised when I see it. But few days ago, I was trying to send money , I saw quick security check shows up again , guess what, it changed. Looks so beautiful. I thought finally I don't have to log in gv to receive code ,but not for long, email option is gone, sms verification back again. Really annoying. Made me frustrated. I called paypal and they refused to add email option back on quick security check. Paypal recently put strict controls on google voice, sometimes you may get error when trying to receive code.
