You can check all the possibilities and rules below. I. Buying the account All the accounts (except yours) are created by me, none of them are stolen. When paying you’re in charge of the possible fees, the price is the amount I need to receive. What happens after I pay? If you get a random or personalized account, you will receive an email address and a password made for Spotify. If the account is yours, you will be invited to a “Family”. You will own Spotify Premium for the time bought, it is possible to renew your subscription whenever you want but keep in mind that after the expiry date, you won’t have Premium anymore if it is not renewed. You can ask to change the email address, password, username or any other settings whenever you like for 3€ (It is a bit more expensive since it is done after you bought the account). II. Refunds If there is a problem with the account, you will either receive a new account or a refund. Refunds are possible with specific restrictions (see paragraph below). When asking for a refund, you’ll get back the money according to a specific calculation: (Price paid) - (Price paid) / (Initial time) x ((Time used) + 0.5) An example of this when buying 3 months for 9€ and using only 2 months would be: 9 – (9 / 3) * 2.5 = 1.5€ You may not be eligible for a refund if: - You changed (or tried) the email address, the password or anything related to the account settings. This doesn’t apply if it is your own account. - You requested data to Spotify or tried to access anything that you don’t need. - You contacted Spotify support/partners or anyone that shouldn’t be contacted. - Shared the account to someone else. Please refer to the special plans to get more details about this. You can of course change Spotify app settings (Offline mode, crossfade, etc.). Please ask me if you’re not sure about something, I would gladly help you. III. Special plans a. Time limit It is possible to request the account for a customized time different than 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Just ask how many months you would like to buy and you will get a customized price. For example, 2 months would be 6.5€ and 4 months would be 11.5€. b. Sharing your account It is prohibited to share your account without warning me first. Please send me a message first or give them my contact info so you can both have a reduced price (see c.). c. Sharing the services You can get reductions/free months on your account when sharing my services, they will also pay less. At a certain point you may be able to win money. Your friends will need to indicate that you’ve asked them to text me by either saying something like “[This person (you)] said you were selling Spotify premium” or by using a small code that we’ll set up like “ITEDREKZZ”. Whenever someone comes to me like that, they will either get 1€ promotion on the 1-month plan or 1 month free for every 3 months plans period. 1mo=3.5€, 4mo=9€, 8mo=15€, 16mo=25€. You can either get 20% of what the person is paying the first time or also get 1month free for every 3months plan they buy. d. Buying in bulk If you want to sell Spotify accounts yourself, you are allowed to do it. It is possible to buy accounts in bulk from me. I will help you to make the transactions easily with extra care for these accounts in case there is any problem.
