We reside outside the US and our country does not allow Friends and Family option to receive funds. Is there a way to make a Paypal Account and verify it? Would not be needing it to cash out, Mostly accept payments and pay for Hosting Etc. The thing with registering is that there should be a way to verify a US phone number, Email, CC etc. How can that be done? Please let me know
