@wooz There is a simple solution to get your money back. Contact Paypal and request a refunded because the item isn't as described or it never arrived. If he tells you you took the money back tell him he never gave you the account. Easy.
I tried to get my money back by refunding earlier, but paypal emailed me and the mail said that you can't get your money back if the payment status is completed, and in this case it is completed, if you know how I can still get my money back, I'm open for suggestions, thanks.
But anyways, I have now sent a new message to PayPal stating that I was frauded and never received what was described to me.
@wooz Yeah, I had someone get onto my Paypal account and buy all sorts of stuff from Mecari (Phone App thing that sells things.) Anyway, long story short I put it under "it wasn't me" and they refunded my money.

Well, In my PayPal I can't see the "unauthorized" button, I just have to wait and see if I get my money back, hopefully.
And I was just reading other playerup disputes where you said that you have to topen a dispute on paypal well I tried to but it said; "this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly" and, I can't contact him anywhere because he has blocked me, anyway I can get my money back?
@wooz Did you use Family and Friends? Because if you did Paypal won't refund you unless you can contact them personally through phone and get them to refund you that way.
But it said that I'd have to contact the recipent (scammer) directly, but he doesn't answer me, blocked me probably, so I'm still waiting for help. @Admin
And if he still wants to give me the acc, I then will not blame him for anything anymore, but let's see if he even answers.
