    Been trying to practice playing on mobile lately, I don't really care about the skins on the account. EDIT: I am now taking an account with either TIER 3 or higher! That's elk/croc or higher!! I'm desperate at this point lol.
    I am dual faction so I would prefer if neither factions were at tier 1, but I can deal with it.

    I'd also like to reiterate: I TRULY DO NOT CARE WHICH SKINS ARE ON THE ACCOUNT, but I'd prefer if it was less so I can afford it! I can pay through PayPal or giftcard...
