    Not possible now even the kingdom is semiopen.
    This account is too powerful for that kingdom. Twice than the most powerful account from there.
    You can buy it and wait few weeks till the your kingdom will be open.
    You have plenty of transloc scrolls to bring it there, and if not, you can buy, because you have 55M alliance coins.
