    I was given a NetSpend prepaid visa giftcard for my birthday but when I tried to register it online, I discovered that it requires proof of identity which means giving them your # number or whatever form of identification used from where you live. My parents feel uncomfortable putting in their information even though NetSpend seems trustworthy.
