Haven't played this game in years, going through a rough patch right now as I'm a single dad & just trying to get out of a toxic living situation for my daughter & I. I am looking to get decent $ for it as I've put in well over $1000. I'm asking at least half of that but I'd probably take best offer i can get at this point
