All gear with gold or purple life crystals. All gold construction and enforcer gear. Zenith/supremacy/triumph set started. All heroes at 6 stars except Davies, William, and Todd are at 5 stars. Frankie, Tyrone, Bertie, and Andrea at 3 stars. Church, jail, and all significant buildings at 36. 4 cabins, 3 hospitals, 1 barracks at 36. Currently upgrading all hospitals and cabins. 2. Grain hyper farm at TC29, sheriff level 60. Suburban town (new RSS) construction complete. 3. 3rd account at TC26 with sheriff level 60. This enables you to grab two sheriffs, execute one for bonus and hold the other for bonus without having to recapture. The account also functions as a backup bank for non-grain RSS. T4 research completed here. I also own a farm alliance with about a dozen of my accounts ranging in level from 16-20 if interested. These are included at no additional cost.
Sorry for the slow reply, I don't seem to be getting notifications. This is currently in state 69. I have 32 state teleports. Today the account has about 8 million lvl 5 troops, an equal mix of A5, M5, and T5. Since the original post, I have added one more fully starred up sheriff (the new one, Orlando is at 5 stars) and two additional town skins fully starred. There are 3 regular town skins not yet complete. All others are fully starred up. Remaining skins to get are: Jubilant Party House Eerie Pirate House Christmas Glitz Castle All buildings at 36 except RSS buildings. $10k is quite cheap for this. I've invested many more times this much.
