Group has become a burden on top of managing multiple groups. Group is worth $1400 but after a quick sale to get off hands at $400. Low price also factors in that web address name is now fixed to 'views4views' and not aware this can now be changed, even though of course 'FB group name' can be changed to anything every 28 days! Over 160'000 members, fairly active and group members are predominantly Asian based, so may obviously suit a buyer who wants a head start with that region in mine.
