I am original owner, considering the drop chance which is extremely low, I will only consider substantional offers becuase at the end of the day, it is still better to buy this than to whale and hope the gem will drop, if you have the money. It is bound to Battlle.net so would need to give you whole account propably. Can also just trade gem because it really is the core of this listing (no idea if that is possible in game though).
